ZSentry is already integrated with leading solutions for email, webmail, browsers, SMS, IM, and file storage. Works as easily as using regular email or a cell phone, on the desktop, tablet, and cell phone, offering encrypt and decrypt with 1-click, Secure Quick Reply without sign up, Self-Destruct, Secure Vault, Return Receipt and other functions. Site License: ZSentry Premium provides the flexibility of a Site License, giving you an open-ended number of locations and devices, fixed or mobile. Up to the Account Capacity (number of seats), you can also add or remove account users as needed. Provides IT with assurance that only trusted users are accessing confidential communications and corporate services, and that their devices comply with established policies even with no setup. Centralized settings are available, including for Dashboard, Secure Vault, and Return Receipt, and can be locked by IT so that settings cannot be changed. Users' configuration profiles (Dashboard) are individually encrypted.

Limits:There is no limit of users for reading ZSentry messages. Any recipient, whether registered with ZSentry or not, can read and reply securely to your secure email; senders can also require registration from recipients, or both registration and login. There is no charge for authorized use. The maximum message and attachment sizes may be limited by your account's service level. For Premium, maximum attachment size is usually 7 Mb (the limit may be larger in some cases, as attachments are compressed) for sending with ZSentry Client and 2 Mb for sending with ZSentry App. Other limits may apply.

What's Inside?

ZSentry includes all that you need for regulatory compliance and mobility, with a web-based ZSentry App, a Mail and cloud ZSentry Client, and a server / client side ZSentry API. ZSentry automatically creates a matched secure connection path, according to choices of both sender and recipients.

Premium Support: ZSentry is provided online and is always current, with the latest improvements in security and usability. No cost of deployment or update, and no technical support required on your site. Service includes a detailed Support Center, 24/7 self-management tools including password reset and recovery, Support Ticket submission, and phone support. You can also contact a ZSentry Certified Partner and make arrangements for remote or local support.

HIPAA, Safe Harbor and regulatory Compliance: Requires One- or Two-Year Premium License. Specified in the ZSentry Compliance Statement. ZSentry Service eliminates your liability in the breach notice context and is not made aware of Protected Health Information, hence there is no need to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). If desired, ZSentry can enter into a BAA with your organization.

Payment Page Terms

Name: Type your full name, and double-check it. As the purchaser agent for this account, this must be your legal personal name, or the organization's legal name, or a valid DBA. This Name will also be used for your account management's purposes, and only you will initially have account change rights, which you can delegate later on.

ZSentry will digitally certify this information, and securely present your Name to recipients. After you complete the purchase, you will be able to add your Organization Name (optional) to all your user accounts, which we will digitally certify and securely present to recipients.

Email Address: Type your email address, and double-check it. This must be an email address that you own or have rights to operate. ZSentry will authenticate, digitally certify, and securely present your Email Address to recipients.

License: Choose the type of license you want. If your organization is a HIPAA Covered Entity, HIPAA compliance requires the ZSentry Premium service with One- or Two-Year License.

Users: Select the number of email addresses that you want to protect. For more than 10 users, also type number in the Comments field. This is the maximum number of seats available (Account Capacity) with your purchase. You can add or remove users at any time, at no added cost, within the Account Capacity.

What is a user? A user can be a person or a role function such as support or info. Other than yourself, users do not have to use a legally valid name; users can also be devices (fax) or just a mailbox (info). If you are purchasing a multi-user account, we will ask you for your users' names and email addresses after you complete the purchase. ZSentry provides access control functions per user, enabling your organization to enforce information-flow policies both receiving and sending email (for example, while secure emails sent from "info" could have been sent by any of 5 people, a secure email sent from John Smith could only have been sent from that user). However, if a user does not need to login to ZSentry (does not initiate sending, does not need to read messages that require login), then that user does not require a ZSentry account.

Comments: (optional) Request to purchase a Two-Year License, to receive an invoice first, or to verify Rewards Program discounts for education or government organization status. We suggest that you add a second email address to ensure that we can contact you.
