No Changes: You can continue to use your current IT solutions, devices, email provider, email address and Inbox. Your email is not received by or routed through ZSentry. There is no plugin or installation. Please proceed from steps 1 to 3, for
full functionality. If you’re not using ZSentry with a Mail or Cloud client (step 3) you’re missing
the full picture! 1 ZSentry Usercode and Password: You already know your Password, which you created during signup. Your Usercode has six characters and was delivered to your email address. Click to know more about

Password. If you did not receive your Usercode, check your INBOX and other folders. Spam filters may

2 ZSentry App: For
Web Browsers. No setup. Bookmark
and click ZSentry App to login, activate your account, use the Dashboard to enable features
and personalize how you use ZSentry. Receive your secure email in your
regular Inbox, as usual.
3 ZSentry Client:
For Outlook, Mail, Exchange Server, and Cloud clients. No plugin. You first need to get your PASS. Login using ZSentry
App (see above), scroll to the bottom of the screen and in the Dashboard line please click "Personalize > Save".
A [ZMAIL INFO] email will be sent to your Inbox, with your PASS.The PASS
enables access certification and is sent without delay. If it seems to
be taking too long to arrive, check your INBOX for a message from zsentry.com. Spam filters may place the message into your SPAM or BULK email folder. You can also request
again. After you receive your PASS, choose an option (you may use all):Setup Tablets / Phones Setup Google Apps / Gmail / Cloud Clients Setup Outlook/ Mail Clients / Exchange Server More Use Options

4. What If I Forget My Password or Usercode? You can reset your account. Use the ZSentry App or
click Reset Account. ZSentry does not store and we do not
know your Usercode
or Password.
5. Your Account Information: You will see your Name and Email Address after you login. Please make sure they are correct, which helps make sure that you are at the correct server.
